Returns & Exchanges
Overview
We accept returns within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Shipping
We currently ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We offer both flat-rate shipping and real-time shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free shipping is available for orders over:
- $150 CAD within Canada
- $100 USD within the U.S.
For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these costs, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. While we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
For local customers, pickup is available at 30 Nelson Street, Toronto, by appointment only. Pickup details will be provided after purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:
- Unused, in its original condition, and packaging
- Includes all original tags and inserts
To start a return, please contact us at artketgoods@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions. Do not send items back before receiving authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on the situation. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The same return conditions apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
