Our story
Welcome to ArtketGoods! What started as a way to balance my creative energy outside of my 9-5 job has grown into something truly special. As a designer working in the commercial space, I needed an outlet for my passion for culture, travel, and self-care. That’s how I began crafting products that blend Eastern and Western influences—starting with candles and expanding into a range of items that bring joy and inspiration.
What was once a small side project has now blossomed into a full-fledged business, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible support we’ve received. Each product we create is designed with love, meant to inspire positivity, self-expression, and meaningful connections.

2020
Where It All Began
Rooted in the rich traditions of my childhood in Asia, our journey began in 2020 with hand-poured candles on Etsy. What started as a simple creative project grew into a passion to infuse warmth and cultural memories into the lives of others.
2022
Making Connections
By 2022, we expanded our offerings to include curated gifts and handmade candles, all inspired by Asian culture. These thoughtfully crafted products allowed us to connect more deeply with our community, celebrating shared traditions and cherished memories. We also began participating in pop-up markets in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, bringing our unique products directly to our customers and further fostering these meaningful connections.
2024
Expanding Our Vision
In 2024, we took our mission further by expanding into wholesale, partnering with gift shops across North America. Today, our candles and gifts bring the richness of Asian-inspired designs and scents into homes far and wide, sharing warmth and nostalgia on a larger scale.
