Our story
ArtketGoods is a Toronto-based brand creating Asian-inspired scented candles inspired by food, culture, and nostalgia.
What started as a creative outlet outside of my 9–5 became a way to bring everyday memories to life through scent. Inspired by growing up in Asia, our candles capture familiar moments from grocery stores, bakeries, and comfort foods reimagined into something you can experience at home.
Blending playful design with storytelling, each piece is made to spark connection, comfort, and a sense of home.

2020
Where It All Began
Rooted in the rich traditions of my childhood in Asia, our journey began in 2020 with hand-poured candles on Etsy. What started as a simple creative project grew into a passion to infuse warmth and cultural memories into the lives of others.
2022
Making Connections
By 2022, we expanded our offerings to include curated gifts and handmade candles, all inspired by Asian culture. These thoughtfully crafted products allowed us to connect more deeply with our community, celebrating shared traditions and cherished memories. We also began participating in pop-up markets in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, bringing our unique products directly to our customers and further fostering these meaningful connections.
2024
Expanding Our Vision
In 2024, we took our mission further by expanding into wholesale, partnering with gift shops across North America. Today, our candles and gifts bring the richness of Asian-inspired designs and scents into homes far and wide, sharing warmth and nostalgia on a larger scale.
