Do you use paraffin in your candles?
No, all of our candles are individually hand-poured using cotton wicks that are free from lead and zinc. We use high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils to create our scents, ensuring a clean and safe burn. Our candles are also eco-friendly, paraffin-free, and cruelty-free.
How to take care of my candle?

What do top, middle, and base notes mean?
Fragrance notes describe how a scent unfolds over time:
- Top notes are the first scents you notice when you smell a candle. They are usually light and fresh, such as citrus, herbs, or florals.
- Middle notes (also called heart notes) emerge once the top notes fade. These form the core of the scent and are often warm, floral, fruity, or spicy.
- Base notes are the longest-lasting and give depth to the fragrance. They include rich, grounding scents like vanilla, musk, or wood.
Together, these layers create a well-balanced and long-lasting fragrance experience.
Do candles have a shelf life?
Candles don’t have a strict expiration date, but for the best experience, we recommend burning them within a year of purchase. Over time, the scent may fade, and the wax may not burn as efficiently. We know it’s tempting to save your favorites, but using them while they're fresh ensures the best fragrance and performance!
Why do I see air bubbles on the side of the jar candle?
Air bubbles can form when the hot wax expands and then contracts as it cools. This is a natural part of the candle-making process and does not affect the quality of the candle.
Shipping and Pick-ups
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. For pick-up orders, your items will be ready within 2-5 business days from the order date.
Can I pick-up my order in person?
Yes, you can select pick-up at checkout. Our pick-up location is at 30 Nelson Street, available by appointment only. Please refer to the checkout page for scheduling details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping, except for the EU. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and delivery times will depend on the option you choose.
Returns and Damages
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes all original tags. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the issue.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the return without tracking.
